Present Value

When someone you love so much decides to disappear from your life, suddenly you feel like everything is covered with sadness......
... As the time goes by...you might feel better and finally everything might get back to normal...
However,...sometimes we just can't get through it...

Something to think about:
Why would we stick with the sweet past that makes us miserable ?
What about our present and future ?

Perhaps this valuation method can help us...
>>> Introducing "Discounted Cash Flow Analysis"<<<
Generally, this analysis helps us find the present value of a firm or an asset by considering only value(or money) that firm or that asset would bring to an investor in the FUTURE and discounting it to the PRESENT.

How about applying this model to our lives....
Someone we already lose will not exist in our lives anymore which means he/she has no value to us either now or in the future or his/her value equals "Zero". When we discount this "zero" to the present, we'll get zero or ...nothing.
So why would you care about someone worthless to your life ?
