Things you might not know about San Francisco:
1. Muni:
- A bus here is called Muni which is short for Municipal Railway.
- You have to pay $1.50 for a ticket. Each ticket will have a range of time in which you can use it.
2. Coit Tower:
- Many tourists not only left coins on the top of the Coit Tower, they also left their chewed gum there.
3. Foggy city
- In a foggy day, the Golden Gate Bridge might disappear.
4. Swensen's
- Eventhough the famous Swensen's comes from San Francisco, there's only one shop here and it looks nothing like thoes in Thailand.
5. Homeless
- So many homeless people on the street, esp. in Downtown. I think it's because of the weather here is not too cold in winter ,as compared to other cities'.
6. Fire Trucks
- For the first few times, you might be excited with the noise they make. But then you'll realize that they go around town everyday and the noise they make will become a part of your lives.
7. Stock market
- If your job here is related to stock market, you have to come to work around 6 o'clock because the New York stock market opens at 9:30 am in New York or 6:30 am in San Francisco.
8. There are many good Thai restaurants in San Francisco.
9 Thai house express has the best kao ka+ moo+ in town.
